SOUTHWESTERN BUSINESS DEANS’ ASSOCIATION 2026 ANNUAL MEETING

June 14-16, 2026 • Hotel Valencia • San Antonio, Texas

Registration for the 2026 Annual Meeting is now available via the form below. The 2026 agenda will be posted when it is ready. Please note that, per our Executive Board, only attendees from current member schools, and who stay at the Hotel Valencia as part of our room block, are eligible for the lower registration rate.

Our rate at Hotel Valencia is $159 per night for single or double occupancy. That includes complimentary wi-fi, complimentary access to the fitness center, and waiver of the daily destination fee. Our rate is also good for three days before and three days after the meeting (based on availability and room type). There is only valet parking at the hotel, but there are public garages nearby that cost less.
